Turtle - Gold Foil Art Print

This contemporary metallic gold foil art print of a Turtle by Nichol Foster is taken from her themed collection entitled 'Under the Sea'.

The gold foils shimmering lustre sits upon a midnight blue printed ink background and would look fabulous as part of any home’s modern decor.

The multi-layered compositions use aspects of hand drawn and computer generated images, multiple printing processes and are hand finished with metallic foil using a heat-transfer process.

Nichol hails from the Cornish town of Wadebridge and takes her inspiration from the counties coastal character for the pieces in the series.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and spending the majority of her career in Formula One, Nichol has utilised knowledge of engineering design and software to create unique and meticulous artworks.

Each artwork piece is created on A4, 280gsm satin paper and is available as either a simple print or beautifully mounted and framed in a choice of white or subtle gold frames, each of which charmingly displays the artwork's unique and lustrous aspects.

Please note: Due to the handmade process of gold foiling, slight imperfections or small specks might be visible; this is a quite a normal part of the process and adds to each prints unique charm.
