Ship - Linen Zip Pouch Bag

Covered in an indigo blue hand printed linen fabric by Jill Pargeter, these fabulous ship zip pouch bags will find a number of uses.

The design was inspired by some old nautical maps that Jill found whilst rummaging around a second hand bookshop.

The pouch bags are perfect for makeup, pens and pencils, sewing kit and would also be great on holiday for money or other handy essentials.

Made from quality natural linen with a cotton lining they are hand printed with indigo coloured ink and close matching coloured zip pull.

Please note that the lining is not waterproof and would not be suitable as a washbag.

Jill has been a designer and print maker for over 30 years, since studying printed textiles at Manchester Polytechnic. Inspired by both folk art and the Arts & Crafts movement she combines her love of history, nature and poetic verse in her creations.

Each of her original designs is hand drawn before being screen printed onto fabrics and panels to produce a range of beautiful decorative objects for the home.
