Seaside – Print

This colourful seaside print by Louise Stocker showcases a collage of her watercolour paintings of the Scottish seaside.

The print would look particularly good in a child's bedroom or nursery or would fit perfectly into a coastal-themed bathroom.

It print shows wonderfully cute wildlife and local scenes from the East Neuk including a puffin, seagull, fishing boat, pink yacht and Anstruther lighthouse amongst others.

I love to capture the joy of the Scottish seaside, our beautiful beaches and local wildlife in a fun and cheerful style. The original paintings were produced using a blend of watercolour, ink and pencil.

Louise lives in the tiny little fishing village of Cellardyke having moved there in 2015 to fulfil a lifelong dream to live by the sea with its stunning scenery and slower pace of life.

The village which merges into the vibrant seaside town of Anstruther is situated in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife which is on the Eastern coastline of Scotland.

Inspiration is never far away within the areas picture-postcard villages, its glorious sandy beaches, its wildlife and the craggy coves of this unspoilt little corner or ‘nook’ of Scotland.

Each giclée print is is signed and reproduced using the highest quality inks on Somerset 255gsm paper to ensure the print will remain vibrant for over 100 years. The paper has a beautiful texture that makes it barely distinguishable from the original watercolour painting.

The print would fit into a standard A4 frame (not included) and is available as an unframed print or with a magnetic wooden print holder, which is a lovely contemporary way to display the print.
