Low Tide, Clovelly – Painting

Pretty cottages and houses tumble towards the sea in this original watercolour painting by Richard Juniper.

The scene depicts low tide at this lovely North Devon fishing village.

Richard is a self-taught artist and has been selling paintings and prints for many years, lately producing a range of fabric and linocut prints influenced by the Devon coast and countryside.

He also specialises in commissioned pencil portraits of friend, family, home and pets.

His extensive range of artwork, including scenic watercolours has been exhibited and sold all over the UK.

Painted on 300gsm watercolour paper and mounted with an acid-free cream mountboard which is then finished with an elegant fine-line border and frame.
