Lido Days – Fine Art Print

This beautiful fine art print is taken from an original linoprint entitled ‘Lido Days’ by Hampshire artist and print-maker Marnie Baker.

Inspired by the historic Hilsea Lido in Portsmouth, the design captures the character and nostalgia of this much-loved seaside landmark. Originally opened in 1935, the Lido fell into disrepair before being lovingly refurbished and brought back to life, restoring it to the vibrant community attraction it was always meant to be.

Marnie grew up, and still lives, just a stone’s throw from the Solent on the South Coast in Hampshire. Her work is continually inspired by the ever-changing sights, sounds and smells of the sea, as well as the places and memories that make the British coastline so special.

This high-quality fine art print is produced on 230gsm archival matte paper and features a crisp white border.
