Kingsgate Bay in Winter - signed print

Description
This print has been taken from an original pastel painting of a wintery view depicting Kingsgate Bay between Margate and Broadstairs by the artist Bob Banks.
The Kent Coast is famous for being windy and it was certainly blowing up a storm on this February afternoon. The cliffs around Margate form some extraordinary shapes and this view in particular caught the artist’s eye.

Bob graduated from the Berkshire College of Art in 1976 and worked as an Art Director in a number of leading London advertising agencies and art studios during the 1980s.
He’s always had a great interest in animation and set up Animation Studio Ltd in 1988 and since then has been fortunate enough to work for many of the UK’s top companies producing TV commercials, corporate and training videos.
Nowadays he spends more time painting, drawing and on photography from his studio in Cambridgeshire.
All prints are giclée quality printed using Ultrachrome K3 inks on high quality art paper and signed by the artist.
The prints are available in a framed or unframed format.
Framed prints come fully mounted within a 3cm obeche hardwood frame with clear acrylic glazing, whilst the unframed prints are supplied in a 2mm antique-white bevel cut mount on Ultraboard backing ready to be framed.
