Heron – A4 Print

A graceful and majestic heron is depicted in this simple coastal A4 print by Jo Thearle.

Herons, despite their size are agile flyers who make large stick nests in treetops often in colonies. The courtship ceremony involves elaborate greetings with the neck stretched and the bill held vertical and often includes the presentation of a stick to the female.

Jo loves nothing more than spending time at the coast and fortunately living in Devon the seaside and lots of inspiration is never far away.

Her designs begin as sketches, scribbles, and photographs which are developed and digitally perfected on the computer.

Printed on A4 high quality semi-gloss inkjet paper with a white border.

Some photos demonstrate how lovely the print would look framed, but please note that they are sold unframed and without a mount.
