Curlew – A4 Print

This delightful A4 print of a Curlew in the reeds is by Jo Thearle.

The curlew with its distinctive long, down-curved bill and evocative call, is a bird that certainly captures the imagination.

As Robbie Burns once wrote: “I never hear the loud, solitary whistle of the curlew in a summer noon without feeling an elevation of soul like the enthusiasm of devotion or poetry”.

Jo loves nothing more than spending time at the coast and fortunately living in Devon the seaside and lots of inspiration is never far away.

Her designs begin as sketches, scribbles, and photographs which are developed and digitally perfected on the computer.

Printed on A4 high quality semi-gloss inkjet paper with a white border.

Some photos demonstrate how lovely the print would look framed, but please note that they are sold unframed and without a mount.
