Cock’s Comb Seaweed - Print

This stunning Seaweed Print of the Cock’s Comb species beautifully captures its pinky red maroon colours and the intricate details of its natural form.

The limited edition prints are cleverly created from sustainably foraged seaweed, found washed up and discarded along the coastline. This particular example Plocamium sp, seaweed was discovered on Salcombe Beach, South Devon.

Each uniquely beautiful piece of seaweed is carefully collected and hand pressed in the traditional manner, before being translated in to an exquisite piece of art by Charlotte and Stuart, the husband and wife team behind the multi-award winning Devon Seaweed Company.

The company is fully sustainable, eco-friendly and would never take a living piece of seaweed from the sea. A donation from each sale is made to the Marine Conservation Society to help protect our oceans.

Printed on FSC certified, 300gsm art card, the prints A4 & A3 sizes will arrive backed with a recycled card board and packed within a fully compostable, recyclable, biodegradable bio-cello bag to protect them during transit. The A2 version comes rolled in a cardboard tube.

Available in a choice of 3 sizes (A4, A3 & A2) each print is signed and numbered by hand.
