Burnham Set the Sky Ablaze - Photography Print
Simply entitled ‘Burnham Set the Sky Ablaze’ this photo art image is by photographer Cliff Kinch.
The last of the sun, flickering around Burnham on Sea before dipping quickly away.
Burnham is a seaside town situated on the north Somerset coastline. It was originally a small fishing village until the late 18th century when it began to grow because of its popularity as a seaside resort.
One thing I love about the coast says Cliff, is you don’t have to wait long for Mother Nature to change the colour of your canvass.
“I love watching the changeable weather, the more dramatic the better as Mother Nature sweeps the canvas and palette clean in the blink of an eye”.
Surrounded by the flat green fields of Oxfordshire, Cliff lives at perhaps one of the furthest points away from the coast anywhere in England.
The draw of the sea is always difficult to resist, so he’s particularly fond of Dorset’s Jurassic coast with its dramatic colours and cliff tops, as he is of Weston-Super-Mare and Brean for the sheer expanse of beach and the stunning sunsets sweeping across the Bristol Channel.
Each landscape photograph is printed individually onto Epson Premium lustre paper for durability and custom mounted in ice white Daler Mountboard ready for framing.
